So I have started myself a workout challenge called the 15 Sit-Ups-A-Day challenge. The title explains it all pretty much. I started doing it today and will be doing it until the day I leave to go home (Dec. 12). I felt good after doing it today. Even if this doesn't help me by the time I get back, I think that it will make me feel good. And hopefully, get me in the mood to work out more when I get home.
